Before you announce any activity as being at Sam Rayburn Marina Resort, please contact us and clear the dates, type of activity, number of people, etc. with the Resort office. Written approval from the Resort is required prior to announcing an activity to be located at Sam Rayburn Marina Resort.

We do have several groups that annually host events at Sam Rayburn Marina Resort. We can only accommodate an event of fifty (50) or fewer persons unless all that participate are actually registered guest in the Resort's lodging units and/or RV sites.

Parties, socials, or any other group activities are not permitted in the Resort lodging units or in the RV sites. All group gatherings, family reunions, and multi-family socials are to utilize one of the three Resort Pavilions or the Resort Day Use Area. To assure availability, please reserve one of these areas in advance. The group is responsible for its own clean-up and policing of the area assigned.
